This report provides an overview of the current state of the gender digital divide, including an analysis of why it exists, the importance of closing it, potential risks for women and girls in using technology, and recommendations on how to mitigate those risks. The primary audience for this report is USAID Gender Advisors, but may be useful for other USAID staff and implementing partners.
