This addendum supplements the guidance provided in the 2014 Toolkit for Monitoring and Evaluating Gender-Based Violence Interventions along the Relief to Development Continuum. In addition to highlighting key aspects of the toolkit that provide guidance on monitoring and evaluating gender based violence (GBV) programming, the addendum highlights evidence in GBV and monitoring and evaluation that has emerged since the development of the toolkit.
