Addressing GBV through Technology Programs

Description

This brief considers why and how USAID's technology programs can address gender-based violence. Technology can facilitate gender-based violence through harassment, grooming, and exploitation, therefore steps must be taken to counteract such negative actions. However, digital technology is also a tool that has tremendous potential to accelerate sustainable development, gender equality, and tackle gender-based violence head-on.
