On March 13 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. EST, USAID will co-host an event on the Climate Gender Equity Fund (CGEF), entitled “Increasing Climate Finance that Drives Gender Equality,” alongside the 68th session of the Commission on the Status of Women. Led by Amazon, USAID, Reckitt, the UPS Foundation, and the Visa Foundation, the event will feature a series of dialogues and announcements, including a panel discussion with a selection of CGEF’s founding members, as well as an interview with two co-founders of one of CGEF’s inaugural female-led fund grantees. A networking reception will follow the discussion.
